| Hook a bomb with the Hook Beetle, then carry it to the Hrok, which will instantly defeat it. |
Hroks are flying enemies that guard over a territory. They are found in Lanayru Desert, and are often seen perched on sand-buried tree trunks.
Beetle Bomb
Lanayru Desert is scattered with cacti with bombs on top of it. Use Hook Beetle from afar to carry bombs and bombard Hroks.
Once you have obtained the Bow, you can use this as your ranged attack.
Avoid rock drops
Hroks will carry a large boulder to try and damage Link. Move out from this attack as necessary.
