These are you attacks stats while having Thunder's Call equipped. Increase the damage of your weapons by acquiring Mastery Nodes in the Impetus Repository.

Stat Scaling

Strength Lv. II (7)
Agility Lv. III (7)

Equipping Thunder's Call will scale your affected stats accordingly. Stat scaling can affect your character in terms of weapon damage and spell-type attacks.

Strength Boosts your damage when wielding Greataxes, Longswords, and Spears.
Agility Boosts your damage when wielding Dual Blades, Longswords, Spears, and One-Handed Swords.
Magic Boosts your One-Handed Sword and Spell damage.
Feathering Boosts weapon damage affected by Feathering properties, and Feathering-type Spell damage.

How to Get Thunder's Call

Defeat South General - Liu Wenxiu

Liu Wenxiu

The Thunder's Call is dropped after defeating South General - Liu Wenxiu in the Zhenwu Antechamber of Mt. Zhenwu. You'll have to progress Zhenwu Temple in order to unlock the path leading to the South General.
