    There's a peach medalion slightly north of the railtracks P switch wedged between two crates on the ground. I collected it in the picture, but it should be right in front of me.

    To the right of the bridge that goes north towards Toad's Factory. Break the brick block to reveal and collect it. :)

    Thanks a lot for this google sheets !! I've been stuck at 391 for like two days and all of the remaining ones were right here !! As for the tiny mistake, n°1 and n°17 are the same (Mush-zoom to the goal and don't sink, close to choco mountain) which makes the final number of P switches a.....nice.....and definitely satisfying.....394..... (unless 6 of them are hidden in mirror free roam which would be horrendous)

    Peach medallion in block ruins, only will appear when you are on the chain thing like in the image. Got it by jumping right off the chain.
