    Just wall jump on the left wall then clawline to the right side and wall jump up on right side of the bridge room. No need for silksoar. Just got this act 2.

    You can find this by wall jumping up from the top-left side of the top-middle room in sands of karak (east of coral temple) to access the voltnest. Go through the area and beat the boss and this will drop.
