How to Get Volt Filament
Defeat Voltvyrm in Sands of Karak
You can get the Volt Filament by defeating Voltvyrm in the Voltnest, located at the top-middle area of the Sands of Karak. The easiest way to reach this area is from Blasted Steps. Use wall jumps and the clawline to climb all the way up to the nest.
Voltvyrm is an optional boss that can be fought from Act 2, so make sure you’re prepared before challenging it.
How to Use Volt Filament

Volt Filament can be used to add electric damage to Hornet’s Silk Skills. You can do this by equipping the Volt Filament in a slot in any of your crests.
