Snitch Pick is getting fixed in the next update, available in the beta branch right now. From my testing, the amount of rosaries it gives is still lower than what you would get from just killing enemies without it, but that additional stealing hit doesn't seem to be tapping into shard pool of the enemy, making it a good tool when farming shards because you are getting more shards from one enemy.
Man what a scam. I bought this just so I could grab shards during boss fights/enemy gauntlets since they don't drop any normally :/
So, it does NOT give you MORE money. All it does is deal extra DAMAGE and make the enemy drop LESS money. And the extra damage is ONLY with the Claw-Line. So, good for bosses since they don't drop no money I guess. But I prefer so many other blues to this. Waste of money in my opinion.
So this item is kinda worded funny. using Claw-Line with this equipped gives the attack an additional third hit. However upon doing so reduces the amount of loot an enemy drops. It is either a percentage are a flat range of 3-4 beads/shells per Harpoon hit.
Purchase the Snitch Pick from the Snitch bug in the Blasted steps (double junp is required to reach his store)
