Players can purchase the Snitch Pick from Grindle at the Blasted Steps for 740 Rosaries. Grindle is found in an area that is inaccessible for players without the Faydown Cloak. This can be found at Mount Fay.

How to Use Snitch Pick

Gain Rosaries and Shell Shards with the Clawline

With the Snitch Pick, players can use the Clawline on enemies, to steal Rosaries and Shell Shards that they would have earned by killing them. This allows Hornet to not only gain more mobility options, but also allows her to generate Rosaries and Shell Shards passively.

Does Not Give You More Rosaries

Leeching Rosaries and Shell Shards from enemies does not add to the total amount that can be gained from killing enemies. The Rosaries gained from only hitting an enemy with the Clawline until it dies is the same as what you get when you defeat it through other means.

Snitch Pick is getting fixed in the next update, available in the beta branch right now. From my testing, the amount of rosaries it gives is still lower than what you would get from just killing enemies without it, but that additional stealing hit doesn't seem to be tapping into shard pool of the enemy, making it a good tool when farming shards because you are getting more shards from one enemy.

Man what a scam. I bought this just so I could grab shards during boss fights/enemy gauntlets since they don't drop any normally :/
