Complete the Roach Guts Wish

Tacks can be obtained as a reward for completing the Roach Guts side quest. You can accept this quest by speaking to Benjin and Crull in Sinner’s Road.

Collect All 10 Roach Guts

To complete the Roach Guts quest, simply collect 10 Roach Guts and give them to Benjin and Crull. You can farm Roach Guts by defeating Muckroaches, which can be found without leaving Sinner’s Road.

How to Use Tacks

Use to Damage Grounded Enemies

You can use tacks as a trap by placing them on the ground to damage enemies that walk over them. On cast, five Tacks appear on the ground and can damage enemies up to two times if they step on them.

They’re especially useful against grounded bosses that can either walk or dash towards you.

Think this is my favorite tool in the game, most difficult enemies or bosses you can just toss a crap ton of these and chew its health away. Especially with the pollip pouch,
