It wiil take a total of 199 Skill Points to complete the skill trees above. This build revolves around maximizing long blade damage while balancing survivability. Knee Charge and Shigawire Claw are going to be your main initiating abilities, while Eye of the Storm Skill Effect can be used when surrounded. Lastly, Disciplined Breathing is particularly important for outlasting your enemies in combat.

The Replica Pulse-sword is the best long blade for this build, as it encourages a parry-heavy playstyle and is incredibly effective in outlasting any enemy in melee combat. As a precaution, you can use a Penetrator scattergun to deal with multiple shielded enemies.

Equipping Light Armor such as the Pincushion Light Armor Set is ideal for melee builds since it can reduce stamina consumption. The Pincushion set also has the benefit of additional dart damage mitigation, which is helpful when dealing with ranged enemies.

This build focuses on reliably winning 1v1s, but it can struggle when fighting multiple enemies. Approach fights strategically and isolate fights when possible. It is important to recognize when a fight is not worth it and retreat when needed!
