The Compact Compactor Mk3 Schematic is the main reward you can get in the Imperial Testing Station No. 29. It is looted in the chest with some astronomy symbols on top.

Fabrication components to craft vehicles, such as the Advanced Servoks, Particle Capacitors, are found in lootable containers and chests in the Imperial Testing Station No. 29.
The Spice-Infused Steel Dust is together with the Compact Compactor Mk3 Schematic in the same chest with the astronomy symbols.
Holtzman Shield Mk3
One of the lootable chests includes a Holtzman Shield Mk3, which can deflect projectiles once activated. However, the looted Holtzman Shield Mk3 already has about half its max durability, so be aware that it will break faster than a newly fabricated one.
