Location, Location, Location involves researching and creating the Solido Replicator, which allows you to save and reconstruct the blueprint of your base.

Guild Bank Locations
Banking Solaris introduces the Banker to the player, allowing you to deposit your Solaris and avoid losing them on death.

Tax Collector Subfief Taxes
Taxation requires the player to head to a Settlement and find a Tax Representative, who will collect taxes from you based on how many Sub-Fiefs you have. This is to avoid having the Sardaukar tear down your bases.
