You can avoid fall damage by using suspensor belts or while riding vehicles in Dune: Awakening. Learn more about fall damage and how to mitigate it with this guide!

How to Avoid Fall Damage

Use Suspensor Belts

Equip Leap Suspensor Belt

The most common way to avoid fall damage would be to use a Suspensor Belt such as Leap Suspensor Belt. This is by far the easiest way to avoid fall damage, but you need to make sure not to bring a broken suspensor belt!

Drop and Latch On to Walls

If you do not have a working Suspensor Belt, there is still a way for you to get down from high places without dying. You must drop and press the jump button to latch back onto the wall. Repeat this cycle until you are safely on the ground, but keep an eye on your stamina! You can no longer latch onto walls if you run out of stamina.

No Fall Damage While On Vehicles

While riding on a vehicle such as a Sandbike, you will not experience fall damage at all. However, this does take a toll on your vehicle's durability, so make sure to repair parts regularly!

Fall Damage Effect

Immediate Knock Down

After a certain height, when you fall too quickly, you will immediately get knocked down and given the option to revive yourself. If you have water, you will not die immediately from fall damage.
