You can get Cobalt Paste by refining Erythrite Crystals and water using Chemical Refineries. The best place you can farm Erythrite Crystals can be found underground and in abundance in the Hagga Rift region.
It takes 3x Erythrite Crystals and 75x Water to craft a single Cobalt Paste using a Small Chemical Refinery. To use fewer resources, we recommended upgrading your Chemical Refinery to a larger ones.

Buy From the Exchange Auction House
Another way to obtain the Cobalt Paste is by purchasing it through an in-game player-controlled auction house called the Exchange. You can find the Exchange in Social Hubs like Arrakeen and Harko Village.
Do note that prices and availability of the item in the Exchange will vary from world to world as the market is dependent on what the players are listing for sale.
Trade With Other Players
You can also directly trade with other players to get Cobalt Paste. You can trade with your friends, guild members, and even other players on your server.
Trading is generally safe to do in most areas aside from open sands and areas where PvP is enabled, like Shipwrecks and most of the areas in the Deep Desert. Make sure to exercise caution when trading with players you don’t know to avoid getting scammed!
