Callie’s Breaker Schematic Location
You can possibly pick up Callie’s Breaker in the final room of the Imperial Testing Station No. 76, in the region Jabal Eifrit Al-Janub, though it requires the Purple ID Card to access. You may also possibly find it at the Imperial Testing Station No. 29 at Hagga Rift
Note that the Callie’s Breaker schematics have a certain drop rate, so they are not guaranteed loot from the unique chest. If you did not get the schematics, you will have to wait for approximately 45 minutes for the chest to respawn.

Buy From the Exchange Auction House
Another way to obtain the schematics for Callie’s Breaker, or the product itself is by purchasing it through an in-game player-controlled auction house called the Exchange. You can find the Exchange in Social Hubs like Arrakeen and Harko Village.
Do note that prices and availability of a schematic or item in the Exchange will vary from world to world as the market is dependent on what the players are listing for sale.
Trade With Other Players
You can also directly trade with other players to get Callie’s Breaker. You can trade with your friend, guild members, and even other players on your server.
Trading is generally safe to do in most areas aside from open sands and areas where PvP is enabled, like Shipwrecks and most of the areas in the Deep Desert. Make sure to exercise caution when trading with players you don’t know to avoid getting scammed!

Callie worked the great galleries of the rift, until the Kytheria crashed and the war escalated into the caverns. She joined the deserters, carving tunnels through the old mining galleries using her trusty buggy and her favorite tool. Callie was lost when one of the tunnels she was opening collapsed beneath her, but her Uniquetool was retrieved.
