How to Get Poison Mist

This may be obtained inside a locked room at Mysa Tarill. Find an identification band, but you’ll need to get the identification band in the room across. A high-level cutteray, minimum mk3 is needed to cut through the door.

Note that the Poison Mist schematics have a certain drop rate, so they are not guaranteed loot from the unique chest. If you did not get the schematics, you will have to wait for approximately 45 minutes for the chest to respawn.

After obtaining the schematic, you also need to gather all of its materials to actually craft Poison Mist.

Buy From the Exchange Auction House

Another way to obtain the schematics for Poison Mist, or the product itself is by purchasing it through an in-game player-controlled auction house called the Exchange. You can find the Exchange in Social Hubs like Arrakeen and Harko Village.

Do note that prices and availability of a schematic or item in the Exchange will vary from world to world as the market is dependent on what the players are listing for sale.

Trade With Other Players

You can also directly trade with other players to get Poison Mist. You can trade with your friend, guild members, and even other players on your server.

Trading is generally safe to do in most areas aside from open sands and areas where PvP is enabled, like Shipwrecks and most of the areas in the Deep Desert. Make sure to exercise caution when trading with players you don’t know to avoid getting scammed!
