Southern Part in the Overland Map
The Wreck of the Hephaestus can be found in the southern part of the Overland Map, near Harko Village. You can reach it by heading southeast from Hagga Basin. You can go to the Overland Map by flying to the edge of Hagga Basin with an Ornithopter.

A Sign from Above
The Wreck of the Hephaestus is a location that you need to reach in order to progress the A Sign from Above quest. It is part of the Assassin's Handbook questline.
Wreck of the Hephaestus Rewards
Feyd's Take Down Blade
This weapon will be rewarded to you once you complete the A Sign from Above quest, after returning to your base from the Wreck of the Hephaestus.
