Description
When your blood is infused with melange, your parries expose additional weaknesses in the defense of your enemies. Their ability to mitigate damage is decreased.

How to Get Precise Parry

Unlock By Completing Art of the Sword Quest

Precise Parry is the 1st Capstone Skill for the Swordmaster. You can unlock it by completing Art of the Sword quest from the Swordmaster Advanced Trainer. Do note that before you can add skill points to it, you still need to aquire the prerequisite skills.
