Will Be On All Modern Platforms, Consoles to Follow
Dune: Awakening will only be initially available on PC via Steam starting June 5th (for players with advanced access). The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S releases will follow suit sometime in the latter half of 2025. As of writing, it is currently unknown if Dune: Awakening will find its way to the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.

Will Dune: Awakening be Available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One?
Not Available on Older Consoles
Older consoles like the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One are not able to run Dune: Awakening due to their hardware and the game’s resource-heavy requirements.
Is Dune: Awakening Steam Deck Verified?
Not Yet Verified, But Playable
It is currently unknown if Dune: Awakening is Steam Deck Verified according to Steam’s standards, but it is playable on the handheld console.
In an interview with Funcom developer Joel Bylo with Pirate Software’s Jason Thor Hall on YouTube, Bylo confirmed that he has been testing the game out on his personal ROG Ally, another type of handheld console, and that the game runs quite well on low settings. "I think it’s going to be okay on Steam Deck, probably."
