Get Eaten by a Worm Tooth
Worm Tooth can be gathered by dying to a Sandworm. The Worm Tooth will appear in your inventory after you respawn!
Do Not Bring Your Valuables
You will everything you carry when you die to a Sandworm. So, when farming for Worm Tooth, make sure to leave your equipment, vehicles, and items inside your base!

Buy From the Exchange Auction House
Another way to obtain Worm Tooth is by purchasing it through an in-game player-controlled auction house called the Exchange. You can find the Exchange in Social Hubs like Arrakeen and Harko Village.
Do note, however, that the prices and the availability of the product in the Exchange will vary from server to server since it's dependent on the players. It's recommended that you pick a server with an above-average player population to avoid an empty auction house.
Trade With Other Players
You can also directly trade with other players to get Worm Tooth. You can trade with your friend, guild members, and even other players on your server.
