Best Place to Farm is in Hagga Rift
The best location to farm Ray Amplifiers is in the Hagga Rift region, specifically inside or around enemy outposts. Ray Amplifiers are mainly obtained by opening chests within these outposts.
If you're going to farm Ray Amplifiers, make sure you've come prepared to fight and it's recommended that you have sufficient gear and weapon against these enemies. Using a Ornithopter is also recommended to get through the area fast.

Another way to obtain Ray Amplifier is by purchasing it through an in-game player-controlled auction house called the Exchange. You can find the Exchange in Social Hubs like Arrakeen and Harko Village.
