The best Stillsuit would be the Batigh, which can be obtained after the Planetologist Trainer quest. Stillsuits are at the top of this list as they provide the best utility regardless of your class or build. A major part of the game is exploration and traversal, exposing your character to the immense heat of Arrakis. This armor type passively collects water and provides heat mitigation, significantly improving survivability out in the world.
The best Heavy Armor would be the Acheronian set, as it provides high armor. Heavy Armor can generally be more useful than its Light counterpart mainly due to its dart damage and concussive mitigation. When fighting within melee range, dodging enemy attacks is simple enough. Your main issue is dealing with those who shoot at you. Though you have a shield, this can break and leave you vulnerable.
The best Light Armor would be the Syndicate set, as it provides additional resistance to the elements. Light Armor does not provide as much armor as its Heavy counterpart, but it does make up for it with reduced dash stamina cost.
The best Radiation Suit would be the Radiation Suit Mk5. As the name suggests, it is most useful when exploring radioactive areas such as Sheol. However, it does not provide much use outside of that.

How the hell is the “best” in every category tier 5 instead of tier 6? Every single one of your list items are objectively wrong since there’s literally a better version of each. Also, still suits are pretty useless once you get to late game and can just carry a deca literjon. I’ve stopped caring about sun stroke entirely because water doesn’t matter at that point in the game.
