How to Unstuck
Players in Dune: Awakening can unstuck their character by respawning to any spawn point and returning to where they died. Learn more about how to get unstuck with this guide!

How to Unstuck Your Character

Use the Unstuck Button

Unstuck Button
In the Pause Menu, you will see an Unstuck Button at the bottom left portion of your screen. Clicking this and confirming will start a 10 second timer before the game resets your character's position.

After pressing the Unstuck Button, there is a 5 minute cooldown before it can be used again.

Respawn to a Nearby Location

Respawn

There is no longer an Unstuck Button in the pause menu. Thus, the only way to unstuck your character would be to respawn and, if possible, go back to where you died.

To respawn, simply go to the pause menu and click the Respawn button. A 15 second timer will count down before your character dies on the spot. Select your preferred Respawn Location and wait for your character to load back in.

Set Respawn Beacons When Possible

When going out to risky areas to gather resources, setting up a respawn beacon nearby is incredibly useful for when things go wrong.

Use Your Vehicle Backup Tool

Stuck Vehicle
Suppose, for some reason, your vehicle is stuck and cannot move. In that case, you can exit your vehicle and use your Vehicle Backup Tool to store and restore your vehicle.

Empty Your Vehicle's Inventory By Dropping Items

Vehicle Inventory Dropped

If your vehicle has inventory and cannot be stored, you can pick up the deposited items and drop them on the ground. You can store your vehicle once all inventory is taken out.
