Titanium Ore is used to create Plastanium Ingot. It takes about 6x Titanium Ore and x1 Stravidium Fiber to create a single Plastanium Ingot. It also requires a Medium Ore Refinery or larger to refine it.
To use fewer resources to create Plastanium Ingot, it's recommended that you build larger refineries. This also cuts back some time to refine the Plastanium Ingot.
