Pay at the Imperial Tax Representative in Arrakeen or Harko Village

Tax Collector in Arrakeem Overworld

Pay taxes for your Sub-Fiefs by heading to Arrakeen or Harko Village and speaking to the Imperial Tax representative to hand over the needed solaris.

Get to Settlements via Ornithopter Pilot

Ornithopter Pilot NPC

You can find the Ornithopter Pilot at Tradeposts. While speaking to them, you may pay 2,500 solaris to have them fly you to either Arrakeen or Harko Village.

Taxes

Taxes are weekly Solari payments you need to keep up with to maintain your base. The bigger your land claim is for your base, the more tax you will need to pay. However, the tax itself is not that expensive and you can be easily Farm Solari before payments are due

If your taxes are unpaid for too long, your base's shield will disable and will be prone to damage from sandstorms.
