How to Get Thufir's Best
Finish the Untwisted Questions Contract
You can get Thufir's Best as a reward after delivering your findings to Zayn during the Mentat contract called Untwisted Questions.
Note that finishing this quest will only reward you with the weapon but not its schematic, meaning that you won't be able to craft it. Once it gets badly damaged, you also won't be able to repair it unless you learn its schematic.
