Best Uniques to Craft

There are five best unique items to craft in the early game to improve your experience in Dune: Awakening.

  1. Kaleff's Drinker
  2. Hajra Literjon Mk1
  3. Hollower Stillsuit
  4. Emperor's Wings Mk1
  5. Sim's Cutter

Note that these are unique items optimal in the early game, so the list will be changed as more uniques are discovered in the game!

Kaleff's Drinker

Kaleff

Kaleff's Drinker is one of the best uniques to craft due to being accessible early on, as well as for its unique passive of collecting blood when attacking enemies.

It can be used as a weapon and a Blood Extractor in one item, saving space for other items in your loadout.

Hajra Literjon Mk1

Hajra Literjon Mk1

The Hajra Literjon Mk1 is a unique hydration tool in the early game that can be purchased in Ghavouri for 500 Solari. It provides additional Water Capacity, about 50% more than the basic Literjon.

This item is essential when traversing Arrakis, especially in the early game, due to challenges with dehydration.

Hollower Stillsuit

Hollower Stillsuit

The Hollower Stillsuit is tedious to get as the individual pieces are scattered around the Hagga Basin, and each piece will require separate materials to craft.

That being said, the payoff is worth it when you collect and craft all of them, as they provide decent protection against enemies with their stats while still performing the hydration recycle mechanic, which Stillsuits are known for.

Emperor's Wings Mk1

Emperor

The Emperor's Wings Mk1 lets you float and negates fall damage, helping traversal, especially when climbing and going down high areas.

Sim's Cutter

Sim

Sim's Cutter is a unique tool that is an enhanced version of the Cutteray. This tool provides extra yields when used instead of the Cutteray, which is highly beneficial in the early game for gathering materials.
