Talk to the Tleilaxu Trader at Pinnacle Station
After receiving the quest from Zayn De Witte, head to Pinnacle Station in Hagga Basin and look for the Tleilaxu Trader. You can find him in the center of the facility, near the entrance.
Find the Wreck of the Delphis
Next, you will be tasked with locating the Wreck of the Delphis in The Sheol region, just south of The O'odham, in the middle of the radiation filled desert.
Wear a Radiation Suit
For this area, you will need to wear a Radiation Suit or use an Iodine Pill to increase your radiation mitigation while exploring the area.
Search the Delphis for Tleilaxu information
Upon arriving at the wreck, look for an opening on the side of the ship and make your way to the bridge.
The item you need is hidden behind a purple barrier, which requires a Purple ID Card. You can find this card inside a small vent to the right of the door before entering the bridge.
Bring a Glowstick and a Personal Light
This area is extremely dark, especially at night with almost zero visibility, making exploration difficult. Be sure to carry a Glowstick and a Personal Light. In case you forget to bring one, you can loot them from corpses inside the ship
Deliver your findings to Zayn
Once you have obtained the item from the Wreck of Delphis, return to Zayn De Witte in Arrakeen to complete the quest.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. You do NOT need either bracelet to get the quest item. It is in a "lounge" area to the right of the purple door, BEFORE you go through the door. The screenshot of the case on the table is accurate, so i cannot fathom how they got this wrong. Enter the ship from the top, at the hole in the hull closest to the bridge. When you see the purple door, do NOT enter it, go RIGHT. THe "lounge" with the quest case on the table will be a short ways ahead.
