Sold by Traj Axxari at the Pinnacle Station in the Jabal Eifrit Al-gharb region.
Note that the Seb’s Kisser schematics have a certain drop rate, so they are not guaranteed loot from the unique chest. If you did not get the schematics, you will have to wait for approximately 45 minutes for the chest to respawn.
