How to Get an Sandcrawler Fast
The sandcrawler is an endgame vehicle since you need Plastanium Ingots to craft it. With this,
- Farm a Lot of Water
- Farm Titanium Ores and Stravidium Mass
- Start Refining Plastanium
- Obtain the Rest of the Components
- Craft Your Sancrawler
Farm a Lot of Water
The first step to crafting your first sandcrawler efficiently is to start gathering water for the sandcrawler parts and facilities you will need to craft the vehicle. The best way to farm water is to gather it from enemies and then purifying water using multiple blood purifiers.
We recommend crafting and using Blood Extractor MK2s and Medium Blood Sacks to get a lot of blood. Go to enemy outposts to get a lot of blood from corpses and then make sure to return to your base as soon as possible to purify the blood you gathered.
Farm Titanium Ores and Stravidium Mass
The sandcrawler is an endgame vehicle because you need titanium ores and stravidium mass to refine plastanium ingots. With this, you need to have a ornithopter to farm the required raw resources in the Deep Desert.
Note that you need to refine stravidium mass to stravidium fiber first since the fiber is actually the one used to refine plastanium ingots.
Join an Endgame Guild
To farm the required raw resources efficiently, we recommend joining an endgame guild so other players can help you out since the Deep Desert is a PvP Zone. There is a good chance that other larger guilds will be fighting for territory in this region.
Start Refining Plastanium
Whenever you finish a farming session in the Deep Desert we recommend refining plastanium ingots immediately since you need to factor in their crafting time. Do note that you at least need a medium ore refinery to refine plastanium ingots.

With the hardest resources to farm out of the way, you just need to gather the rest of the components which are already listed above.
Purchase Materials from the Exchange
As an alternative to gathering the difficult materials to obtain, such as the Tri-Forged Hydraulic Piston, Overclocked Power Regulator, and Advanced Machinery, you can opt to farm Solari and visit the Exchange in Social Hubs like Arrakeen and Harko Village. Do note that prices in the Exchange are dictated by players.
Craft Your Sancrawler
The last step to get your sandcrawler is to craft all the parts and start assembling them using a welding torch! After assembling your ornithopter, don't forget to fuel up!
Should You Get a Sandcrawler?
Used to Collect Sand Flour and Spice Efficiently
Sandcrawlers are used to gather sand flour and spice sand efficiently. This is highly recommended in the late game, as it would help you obtain a lot of spice, which is a valuable commodity in endgame crafting. We do not recommend using a sandcrawler to traverse the map since its a slow vehicle. Instead, use a carrier ornithopter to move a sandcrawler around!
