I found the schematic in the same place (Suk Alusus). Apparently, it's also supposed to have a potential set of armor pieces (5 pieces in total), so it's a good chest to return to until you get all the pieces anyways. Probably why they put it in there, not much use putting it in with 100% schematics since most players that pass that point won't go back just to check.
Found the schematic in the Suk Alusus during the First Blood quest. In the room with the container you poison, there is a spot in the opposite corner where you can go upward. Just follow that all the way up and you'll find the big chest. I don't know if there are any more schematics found here, but the Shredder was the one I first got.
