You can use Seeds to adjust a character's stats and change their personality to better fit their vocation. It is a good idea to farm Seeds throughout the game to have a steady supply of these items in case you want to change personalities.
Do note that each vocation may require different stat changes before their personality can change.

Socialite has high stat growth rates for Wisdom and Luck, but hampers Speed and Stamina which may be debilitating. It is better to use Crybaby, Aristocrat, or Vamp.
