The Wroeken Offering Altar can be found to the west of Wenlocan Abbey. It's difficult to miss due to the Viewpoint right next to it.
How to Get Brown Trout
To complete your offerings, you'll need to fish for 5 Brown Trout. The best place to find these fish is in the Devil's Quoits, which is very near Oxenefordscire. You'll also be able to catch them in the rivers of Sciropescire.
