You can collect these raw materials inside the Elmet Monastery, located in the west part of Eurvicscire. You can find these materials in the southwest part of the monastery, near the door to the balcony.

Second Cargo Chest

These raw materials are on the ruined part of the monastery in Elmet Monastery in Eurvicsire. Go to that area and open the chest with your crew to get the materials.

Third Cargo Chest

You can find these raw materials behind a breakable wall near the bridge that connects the two buildings in Elmet Monastery. Destroy it and loot the chest inside to get the materials.
