Hoshidan Summer Nephenee is the star of this banner as the Harmonized Hero.
Her exclusive weapon Fluttering Fan creates a Special skipping effect before her first attack and before her first follow-up attack, allowing her to bypass her foe's Scowl effects and trigger her Special skills easily during combat.
Fluttering Fan also grants +10 damage if Nephenee triggers her Special with less than full HP, providing that little bit of extra firepower to put a heavy dent into enemy tanks and bring down her foes with ease.
More importantly, Fluttering Fan grants a similar Special skipping effect to allies within 3 rows and 3 columns before their first attack and also granting the +10 damage upon Special trigger to those allies, turning Hoshidan Summer Nephenee into one of the best support units in the game. Within 3 rows and 3 columns is a wide area and can be easily met if the team is set up properly, and bypassing Scowl effects completely is a big deal and heavily impacts combat.
