Ratatoskr is the star unit of this banner, an Astra Mythic hero available on a New Heroes banner.

She is a Blue Beast Astra Mythic hero with great offensive capabilities as well as changing terrain to 【Divine Vein (Green)】 which prevents foes from warping to affected tiles.

Warping is prevalent in the current metagame, from heroes like Bridal Catria, Legendary Elincia, and Legendary Hinoka, to inheritable skills like Guidance 4, Assault Troop 3, and Wings of Mercy 4. 【Divine Vein (Green)】 prevents warping and forces enemies to move fairly using their alloted movement only.

Ratatoskr has the potential to change the metagame once again solely through the 【Divine Vein (Green)】 effect.

Ratatoskr's debut banner, however, makes her available at a 0.75% chance to summon per colored orb for Ratatoskr specifically, a significant improvement from usual rates.

Additionally, since this is a New Heroes banner, free summon tickets are available from Forging Bonds events and a spark is available for all players after 40 summons.

Seeing Legendary or Mythic heroes available outside of Legendary or Mythic Hero banners is rare, and is always a great opportunity to rack up merges while avoiding the terrible gacha rates of said banners.
