Due to Gullveig's and Kvasir's excellent offensive combat potential, utilizing a player phase strategy is the best option for this map.
Set up you team with a unit that can defeat the Axe Knight in one round of combat, a refresher unit that can reach this unit, and two units that can generate additional actions for themselves.
Equip the initiator unit with recoil skills like Fury 4, Atk/Spd Push 4, and the Fury 3 Sacred Seal. The goal here is for the initiator unit to defeat two enemies and bring his/her HP down to the HP threshold to activate Wings of Mercy on his/her allies.
The clean-up units should have Wings of Mercy 3 or Wings of Mercy 4, and skills that generate additional actions for themselves. This can be achieved through either Galeforce, Duo Skills, or even your own Gullveig if you have one.
To begin, the Axe Knight has D/R Far Save 3, protecting his nearby allies from ranged attacks. He should be the priority target to defeat when you initiate your attack. Upon defeating the Axe Knight, use your refresher unit to grant the initiator an extra action, and have the initiator unit defeat another foe, ideally Gullveig if you can.
The initiator unit's HP should have been reduced enough to activate Wings of Mercy on his/her allies if you set them up properly. Having both Fury 4 and the Fury 3 Sacred Seal reduces their HP by 14 after every combat, and 28 after the second combat.
Have the clean-up units warp in and defeat the remaining foes, utilizing their methods to generate additional actions in order to clear the map before the reinforcements even arrive.
If you cannot defeat all the enemies in one turn, defeating both Gullveig and Kvasir is necessary in order to not lose a unit on enemy phase. On the second turn, you can defeat enemies in range while kiting to avoid the other enemies. Continue with this strategy until the map is complete.
An enemy phase tanking strategy is possible in this map, but requires significant investment and a proper team composition in order to survive the offensive onslaught that both Gullveig and Kvasir can bring forward.
Gullveig can attack up to three times in one turn, utilizing her massive 70% damage reduction to survive combat. Kvasir can either refresh an ally's turn, or allow allies up to 4 spaces away to warp to tiles adjacent to herself. Both of these options are difficult to deal with and require different counters.
In order to pull off an enemy phase tanking strategy, we recommend having a Near Save unit, a Far Save unit, a healer, and an offensive unit that can generate additional actions for themselves.
The Far Save unit should have multiple sources of damage reduction, both from their own kits and ideally from the healer as well. The Far Save unit will take the brunt of the damage, which is why damage reduction is necessary. You can forego Guard effects, as both Gullveig and Kvasir can neutralize this effect.
The Near Save unit has to be physically bulky, as most of the melee enemies on this map deal physical damage.
The Healer ideally can provide damage reduction to your tanks. If this isn't possible, equip them with the Distant Guard 3 Sacred Seal and a similar effect on their C skill.
The offensive unit must be able to defeat both Gullveig and Kvasir in one round of combat while generating an extra action in order to retreat back to the safety of the Savior Ball. This unit will be your way of defeating the most dangerous enemies on this map, allowing the tanks to survive throughout multiple turns.
To begin, bait the enemies in by placing your units on the danger area, but not too far where Gullveig can reach them. The enemies will approach and attack, but since both Gullveig and Kvasir haven't attacked, your tank units should survive.
On the next player phase, if you can defeat either Gullveig or Kvasir and remain on, or return to the Savior Ball, do so. If you cannot reach them, defeat ranged foes first in order to help out your Far Save tank.
Be careful against the Cleric reinforcement on turn two, as she carries Flash+ which can neuter your tank units and turn them into sitting ducks for Gullveig or Kvasir to defeat with ease.
A good team composition for this map includes Brave Corrin (F) for your Far Save tank, Halloween Flayn for the healer, and a Duo unit like Ninja Sanaki for the offensive role.
Brave Corrin (F) has multiple sources of damage reduction on her kit and is fast enough to avoid follow-up attacks from most foes on this map. Halloween Flayn provides additional damage reduction for your tanks, and Ninja Sanaki can defeat enemies in one round of attacks while granting herself an extra action with her Duo Skill.
If you have your own copy of Gullveig, she excels at the offensive unit role here, as she can defeat up to three enemies in one turn through her additional actions.
