Pull Red Orbs!

This amazing banner has three premium red focus heroes and one premium colorless focus hero.

Since players will receive a copy of Fomortiis for free, we recommend you only summon on red orbs, choosing a colorless orb when there are no red orbs available. Disregard blue and green orbs.

The exception is if you are aiming for Fomortiis merges, or if you use beast units often and require Beast Follow-Up 3 fodder. In that case, pull on both red and colorless orbs.

A Hero Rises 2023 is an incredibly stacked banner, arguably the second best banner in all of Fire Emblem Heroes history, only below last year's A Hero Rises 2022 banner.

This banner has four powerful and rare heroes as focus units at the same time - Fomortiis, Legendary Veronica, Ninja Camilla, and Rearmed Ophelia. The odds of summoning any of these heroes are similar to a New Heroes banner, at 3% for any focus unit (or 0.75% for a specific focus unit).

Additionally, this banner has four sparks available, allowing players to obtain a free focus unit (non-repeating) every 40, 80, 120, and 160 summons.

Both Fomortiis and Legendary Veronica are only available on Legendary or Mythic Heroes banners at a 0.67% rate each for them specifically, making this banner a better option to acquire merges compared to traditional Legendary or Mythic Heroes banners.

Rearmed Ophelia is not added to the regular summoning pool as a Rearmed Hero, making this banner very important when acquiring a copy of her. Aside from her debut banner and her inclusion on a future Legendary or Mythic Heroes banner, this may potentially be the last time Rearmed Ophelia will be available on a summoning banner in a long, long time.

Note - Do NOT merge your Rearmed Ophelia copies without using them as skill inheritance fodder first! As Rearmed heroes, they can provide their skills to other heroes once without leaving your barracks. Upon using each copy for inheritance, merge them up.

Ninja Camilla is a seasonal hero that can checkmate opponents who cannot get past her Vantage effect without getting knocked out first. She will only be available once a year unless we see a surprise banner including Special Heroes.

We very highly recommend spending all your orbs on this banner and only choosing the red orbs in the summoning circle; choosing a colorless orb if there are no red orbs available. Do not pull any blue or green orbs.

For months, we have recommended our readers to save orbs on previous banners in preparation for this banner. Now is the time to spend your entire stash and obtain multiple copies of these heroes to either use as fodder or merge up to +10.

If you do not wish to merge up any of these heroes to +10, we still suggest that you summon for them and acquire copies via the spark system until you have every hero on this banner.
