Rearmed Ophelia has Arcane Eclipse, a red tome Arcane weapon that pre-charges Specials on turn one and grants a guaranteed follow-up attack. She also debuts Special Spiral 4, a tier 4 B skill that also charges up Specials and prevents non-Special damage reduction.
Rearmed Ophelia can pre-charge a 3 cooldown Special on turn one, allowing her to nuke down an enemy right away.
Seiðr is an Astra Mythic hero available in this New Heroes banner.
She is a Green Tome cavalry that has great support utility by being able to end an opponent's action immediately, rendering them unable to act. This unique effect is very powerful if utilized correctly.

We recommend spending orbs until the guaranteed spark to acquire an extra copy of Seiðr.
Having an offensive Mythic hero available in a regular banner is a great opportunity to acquire merges at better rates compared to a Mythic banner. Being sparkable is even better, and should be taken advantage of while the banner is available.
If you have a merged Astra season core already, then Seiðr copies aren't as valuable, especially because players receive a free Seiðr in Story mode. In this case, we recommend either sparking for Rearmed Ophelia, or skipping on the banner altogether.
