Yune's remix skill Chaos Named+ and refined Chaos Manifest make her a formidable unit with uncapped damage reduction and global penalty spread to multiple foes. Her remix brought her up from the lowest tier of Mythic heroes into one of the best Dark Mythics.
Legendary Eliwood's remix skill Vision of Arcadia II and refined Ardent Durandal makes him a multi-purpose unit with an actual offense on top of his already good support skills. Receiving the bonus Atk and Bonus Doubler effect together with an ally allows him to attack and defeat enemies when the situation calls for it.
The new batch of Ninja heroes differ from past heroes in that they have increased bulk and abysmal Spd.
Ninja Laegjarn headlines the newcomers with her Flamefrost Bow, which attacks twice on both phases and grants bonus Atk/Def/Res during combat.
Like previous Ninja Duos in Ninja Lyn and Ninja Corrin (F), Ninja Laegjarn has a Duo Skill which grants her an extra action. Additionally, as a Duo hero, she scores as a 200 BST hero in Arena, giving yet another powerful attacker to players while scoring as high as possible with her full base kit.
Ninja Camilla is also relevant in the meta, with her Flowery Scroll having a Vantage effect which allows her to attack before her foe can attack upon winning a Res check. It also attacks twice in both phases and has accelerated Special, allowing Ninja Camilla to attack twice and trigger a 2 cooldown Special before her foe can attack her.
Between Ninja Camilla and Brave Byleth (F), Vantage strategies are making a resurgence in the meta. The Hardy Bearing 3 Sacred Seal is becoming more important than ever in order to avoid getting checkmated by these units.

It is currently a Fire Season month followed by a Wind Season month, and these are the heroes we expect to see the most in Arena aside from the usual suspects like Valentine's Chrom and Ninja Corrin (F).
Legendary Lilina is the Fire Legendary we expect the most with her built-in Hardy Bearing effect on Studied Forblaze and high Res stat allowing her to check and defeat Ninja Camilla, who is a bonus unit.
Legendary Sigurd remains a menace in all competitive game modes with Holy-Knight Aura being a quick charge Special and granting his entire team +1 movement upon triggering.
Ninja Laegjarn is a bonus unit from the recent Wyvern Ninja banner and scores 200 BST with her Duel effect. She is a bulky unit that attacks twice on both phases and has a Duo Skill that grants her an additional action.
Halloween Duma is among the highest scoring units in the game with his Duel effect scoring 200 BST and he packs a mean punch. His Woeful Upheaval chips the entire enemy down at the start of turn one and has both Far Save and damage reduction built into it.
Legendary Lilina has lackluster Def, especially when equipped with either Life and Death 4 or Still Water 4 to maximize Gifted Magic damage. Allow her to approach, and then defeat her with a physical attacker in player phase.
Legendary Sigurd requires him to trigger his Holy-Knight Aura in order to enhance the rest of his team. In a high scoring mode like Arena, they should not come with the Quickened Pulse Sacred Seal for scoring reasons. It is safe to let him approach with his 4 movement, and then pick him off with a strong unit and defeat him before he triggers his Special.
Ninja Laegjarn is definitely a bulky unit, but her Spd is absurdly low and she has no way to prevent follow-up attacks outside of triggering her Atk Smoke 4 skill. Allow her to approach, and then defeat her in player phase with a unit that can survive her first two attacks.
Halloween Duma hits hard, but he is immobile. You can save him for last and attack him repeatedly until he falls. Alternatively, you can equip skills that are effective against armored units or dragon units in order to hit harder, including the commonly seen Ruptured Sky.

The Aether Raids (non-Chaos) meta remains unchanged in general, but some new additions have been made.
Catria Balls and Sigurd Cavlines still reign supreme on Defense teams. Players should be prepared to deal with these Defense archetypes by preparing raiding parties that are specifically tailor-made to dismantle these archetypes.
The units shown above are recent additions to the metagame.
Yune with her remix skill Chaos Named+ and refined Chaos Manifest grant her uncapped damage reduction and global debuffs against multiple opponents.
Arval has color advantage against red, blue, and green foes, has a guaranteed follow-up attack while denying their foe's own follow-up, and inflicts 【Guard】 on their foes. These effects make Arval deceptively bulky despite being an infantry mage.
Ninja Laegjarn has a similar role here as in Arena, where she picks off an enemy and uses her Duo Skill to either attack again or retreat to safety. Some builds may equip two self-recoil skills in her A and S slots, then use her two attacks to activate Wings of Mercy for her allies.
Ninja Camilla will be used in a Vantage strategy by buffing up her Atk as much as possible and letting her defeat her enemies with two pre-emptive attacks. Her Close Salvo will allow her to retaliate at any distance. Alternatively, she can equip an Atk/Res skill like Atk/Res Catch 4 and cover up her melee options with a Near Save unit.
Yune can use the debuffs of heroes near her foe, thus units who neutralize penalties aren't effective against her. Instead, bring a refresher unit to grant another action to an offensive unit, removing their debuffs and allowing them to attack Yune unimpeded.
Alternatively, bring skills that pierce through damage reduction such as Deadeye and Lethality. Deadeye is preferred to attack Yune's flying weakness.
Arval has below average Def; they will take significant damage from melee attackers despite their color advantage. Bringing a melee unit with Null Follow-Up is preferred to bypass Arval's follow-up negation effects.
Ninja Laegjarn is bulkier in Aether Raids due to Mythic blessing bonuses, but her Spd is still absurdly low and she has no way to prevent follow-up attacks outside of triggering her Atk Smoke 4 skill. Similar to how to deal with her in Arena, allow her to approach, and then defeat her in player phase with a unit that can survive her first two attacks.
Ninja Camilla will have trouble against high Res enemies that can either win the Res check, or just survive her initial pair of attacks to retaliate and defeat her afterwards. Alternatively, bring a unit with the Hardy Bearing 3 Sacred Seal, or a similar effect in their weapon such as Legendary Lilina's Studied Forblaze.
