When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for New Year Heimdallr are +Res and -Spd. Res is the key stat for the stat checks of An Open Book as well as any Res-based C skills that aim to apply additional debuffs to the enemies, making it Heimdallr's most important stat. It should be boosted as much as possible in order to maximize Heimdallr's effectiveness.
Spd is New Year Heimdallr's worst stat and can be safely taken as a bane as it won't impact any of her matchups.

Not 1 thing is worse than her mythic version, but this version scores less? Make it make sense. This version can be blessed & have much higher stats, while being used on all seasons of AR. She has a better C skill, & everything else is virtually the same as the other version. These summer units should at least match their mythic version scores, IMO (either lower those, or raise these).
