U should make a caveat to the IV boon recommendation, IMO, that takes the refine into consideration. I think a Res boon, which is a superboon, is preferable for the refined builds, due to the scowl effect (for unit & allies).
exactly. Various build suggestions have questionable recommendations on this site, similar to this one, that's impossible to use as listed. Too bad they won't fix these issues when pointed out, because it makes me question all of their recommendations. They should at least list the employee names by the suggestions so we can avoid certain suggested builds when posted by the same person who makes these mistakes, IMO. It would help their reputation.
you can't equip an echo together with dragonscale because it is a prf skill, so if you want to run soaring echo you would have to remove dragonscale with imo isn't worth it at all
