This ring will be incredibly useful whenever you enter Soul Form as it significantly reduces the HP you lose. This will be a useful ring if you want to control World Tendency when dying while in human form.

The Cling Ring can be found in Boletarian Palace in the lowest part of the dark area just after defeating the Blue Eyes Knight.
