If your goal is just to push her out of B, run Unity Cup. It’s almost impossible to mess up, A rank minimum even with bad luck run. 4 Speed and 2 Power is tough and very deck dependent, usually something you do for URA runs. Stick to 3 Speed plus 1 Power or Stamina and 1 Pal, ideally R or SSR Riko, or go 3 Speed, 2 Power, 1 Stamina. Make sure your deck either has strong general skills or is focused on late surger. If you’re missing one of those, running 2 Pal is also fine.
I do not understand how you are seeing these numbers with these cards. Ever. I can not get her out of B with these cards. Every time I follow any guide on this website it is a massive mistake. Can you please make guides not for people who dump thousands of dollars a month to max out all cards pulling on every single horse with max stars lmao????? It is literally impossible to navigate this game as a free to play person. I am so tired.
I don't know what two cutscenes or event classified as hidden event or not, but I got these events if Cafe registered (run) at Japanese Derby which is drop 15 point of her energy, CMIIW. These events after Japanese Derby are Standing Tall (by winning the race) and Acceptance (finish 2nd until 5th or lower)

You can't have Manhattan Cafe as a support card since she's the trainee (it's currently in the alternate support cards list)
