I discovered to my cost during the "Win 3 G1 races" section that if she loses too often and/or too badly, she gets the negative skill "Tokyo Racecourse x", which slightly decreases performance on that racecourse *forever*.
Based on our trials, Agnes Digital follows the Turf fan requirement to level up her unique skill. However, as of writing, there is a bug that can cause it to fail to level up even if you meet the requirements.
