Daily Races: Best Method
Finishing a Daily Race in the Hard difficulty thrice will provide you with up to 5510 Support Points. With this in mind, it is recommended to complete them every day. You can skip the race cutscenes for better efficiency.
Participating in a Daily Race during an event can slightly increase the amount of Support Points that you can obtain.
Entry Rewards from Participating in Jupiter Cup

100 Carats For Additional Three Races
You can spend 100 Carats for an additional set of 3 Daily Race Tickets. Take note that Carats are valuable currencies, so it is best to use them sparingly.
Earn Points in Story Events
Support Points become available as Event Rewards each time there is an active Story Event. By earning a total of 980,000 Event Points, you can obtain an approximate amount of 116,000 Support Points. Support Points are also available in Bingo events.
Participating in Career Scenario Mode Races
Participating in a Career Scenario Mode is another way to earn Support Points. However, Support Points drop rates here can be low, so this is not recommended unless you have already used up your Daily Races and Story Events for the day.

Support Points can also be exchanged for Friend Points or Rainbow Cleats. Take note that these items are limited and are refreshed once a month.

Veteran Transfer
Veteran Trainees can be transferred in exchange for Support Points. It is recommended to transfer Veteran Trainees with poor stats or the ones that you no longer use in your party.

Training Bakushin O is a strategy to consider when earning Support Points. Opting for this method is recommended once you have already used up your Daily Race Tickets for the day.
Take note that this can be a renewable method as all other efficient ways on gaining Support Points mostly rely on additional items.
