Afterward, improve her Stats so she has enough Speed, Stamina, and Power to survive a Long race. Lastly, get Skills that can help her recover stamina and pick up speed in Long races. Don't understand the focus on sprint skills. Team trail dirt races are all Mile.

Which is quite simple, she can run the basic 4/2 Speed/Stamina or 3/2/1 Speed/Stamina/Power setup. The hard part is getting 9* Turf and Long, while still having decent Speed and Stamina inherits. Getting past the Dirt races is quite easy with just enough Speed and Power anyway, though you might need to punch above the standard when it comes to Mile races due to her B affinity which won't be raised as you already fully invested in Long and Turf.

unless if you explicitly want to win the arima kinen, but you have to really shape your support cards and such around winning it.
you need good sparks to do well in arima kinen, don't focus ur build around it tho.
she alway 16 th because G stats tuff and G stats long that why goal is paticipate not win 1st place like the rest
