You can get the Piñata Launcher by finishing the Let's Pretend Criminal Venture and returning to Joannie Utah to receive it as one of the completion rewards.

Equip the Piñata Launcher

After completing Let's Pretend, head to the closest Friendly Fire or Weapon Cache. You can find and equip the Piñata Launcher under the Big Guns tab.

Get the Piñata Stick

Complete a 1 Star Marina West @tcha

To unlock the Piñata Stick Visual Mod, you have to complete the Marina West @tcha with a 1 Star rating. If you've previously completed the @tcha and it doesn't appear on your map, simply return to the location and approach the @tcha sign to repeat the Side Hustle.

Equip the Piñata Stick Weapon Mod

After completing the Marina West @tcha, head to the closest Friendly Fire or Weapon Cache. Buy the Crowbar weapon and apply the Piñata Stick Visual Mod in the Customize tab to obtain the weapon.

Fight Waves of Enemies in @tchas

The best way to quickly fight large waves of enemies for this challenge is to complete @tchas. These Side Hustles send out numerous hostiles to your location and can be immediately repeated after completion, making them perfect for this challenge

Take out 30 enemies using the Piñata Launcher and 20 enemies with the Piñata Stick to complete this challenge.
