Wanted Missions are contracts you access through the Wanted app on your phone. Each mission involves killing assigned targets. However, you'll need to follow instructions on how exactly you'll need to kill them. These are great tasks for earning money and experience in the early-game.
The first set of of Wanted Missions are accessible after completing Making Rent. You'll need to progress through the Main Story to unlock more.
