Chuy is the manager of Chalupacabra, a taco-based food truck company that serves as a front for its involvement in Santo Ileso's illegal drug distribution network.

In the game, this place is an unlockable Criminal Venture where Chuy sends the Boss on missions to steal rival companies' food trucks to take their drug supplies for themselves.

Like other Venture owners and managers, Chuy has no direct role in the Main Story of Saints Row. In the game, his role is to provide you with missions for the Chalupacabra Criminal Venture.

However, Chalupabacabra is part of the 15 Ventures needed to finish the story, so you will have to steal every rival food truck for Chuy to reach the end of the game.
