Unlock the Panther Rock Fast Travel Location

While you can unlock any of the 6 Fast Travel locations in the game for this challenge, we recommend going for Panther Rock. This area is easily accessible early in the game as it is beside the main highway and close to JimRob's Garage, which you will visit as you progress through the main story.

Drive Through Each District

Santo Ileso has a total of 12 districts to discover, so simply drive through the main roads of the city and find 5 of them to complete the second objective.
